What is included in order processing?

Colorado Fulfillment receives your orders, through your selected methodology; we notify you upon receipt of the order, and through our shipping partners notify the customer their order has shipped, all with in 24 hours. Colorado Fulfillment can take your orders through our state of the art web page, fax or phone. You decide the process, we do the rest.

What fees do you charge?

Colorado Fulfillment has basically five fees with most customers. Keep in mind we match your needs to our services we provide. Often these become specialized and so do our fees.

  • Warehouse fee; this is a monthly charge for storage of your product in our warehouse. It is usually by the pallet or per square feet.
  • Pick and Pack fee: Based upon the number of SKU’s you have or the complexity of picking and packing your order we provide fixed fee per item per order. There are NO minimums, no extra unseen charges and the billing is very simplistic.
  • Kitting or assembly fee; your kitting fee will vary due to the complexity of the product. We will conduction a time study to assemble the kit and only charge for the We will determine a rate per item based on the time it takes our professional packers to complete in a set time. We do it faster with state of assembly logistics.
  • Receiving charge; our professionals unload your product, confirm totals received, notify you of any discrepancies and store your product with other like product.. Once this process is completed, we inventory additional items and put away into our warehouse. The cost is an hourly rate as needed.
  • · Customer Service; Our state of the art management system will keep your inventory correct, take orders via the web, notify you of inventory ordering needs and will even notify you when product is shipped. The cost is a monthly fee based on number of orders per month and customer access needs.

Are you insured?

Colorado Fulfillment maintains product content insurance on all products that we own. We require items consigned to us to maintain your own product insurance. Our warehouse has a 24 hour alarm system to protect your products.

How do I manage your activities and make sure I am billed correctly?

We will bill you weekly or monthly, we are happy to discuss our billing method with you to make sure you know you are getting billed on actions agreed to and performed on. We do not want to nickel and dime you so up front we discuss all items included in our service fees.
